Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Pavlova’s top business challenge is Scaling and Expansion. During her placement, Pavlova hopes to learn about how to implement appropriate technologies for their locality, observing and learning the evolution of the company, long-term sustainability, and strategies to generate new jobs for young colleagues.
