As a Co-Owner for Gourmet Lunch Box Catering, Philip Poitier has experience in creating startups and growing them into functional and profitable businesses with little capital, using social media. During the fellowship, Philip aims to learn how to generate capital after the business begins to grow, create strategic global partnerships for expansion, and use the business to create an updated model to promote employee ownership. Upon returning to the Bahamas, Philip plans to scale their company by developing a program that can be duplicated (similar to a franchise model), thus making healthier, more affordable diet choices available to their customers and their country.
