As the Assistant Director of Programs for African Child and Youth Development Initiative, Prossy Nakattudde has experience planning and managing projects related to public health, community development, and empowerment of youth and women. Prossy Nakattudde is placed at KLEO Community Family Life Center in Chicago, IL, to assist with program strategic planning, monitoring, reporting, and capacity building. Upon returning to Uganda, Prossy plans to develop strategies to ensure increased enrollment, retention and completion of lower and secondary level education by the most vulnerable children, especially girls.
