As the Executive Director of Walk in My Shoes, Ram Hadroj leads young Roma people in the field of education in order for them to be fully integrated in the Albanian society. While in the U.S., Hadroj worked with My Block, My Hood, My City in Chicago, where he gathered data on youth from the organization, organized meetings, and identified needs of young adults. Since his return to Albania, Hadroj has focused his efforts on the consequences of COVID-19 on the Roma community in Western Balkans, and Roma post COVID-19.
