As a Communications Officer for Nahdet El Mahrousa, Rana Khaled Shaaban has experience facilitating dialogue workshops, hosting events, and developing communications. For her follow-on project in Egypt, Rana plans to create a storytelling project highlighting various aspects of marginalized communities in Egypt.

Rana will be placed at Global Ties Akron in Akron, OH to work on a storytelling project that highlights exchange program participants’ stories and documents these programs’ successes.
