As the CEO of Strawordinario, Rocío Marisol Palacios has experience in design thinking, human-centered design, and innovation. During the fellowship, Rocío aims to learn about financial goal setting,  efficient logistical management, CRM software, and social responsibility. Upon returning to Guatemala, Rocío plans to expand her business into another city in her country, implementing the strategies she learned.  Rocío also plans to give more people with disabilities the opportunity for employment.
