Rodrigo Manuel works in the data analysis and IT sector as the Branch Director and Co-Founder of Willdom. For US-based businesses and NGOs with software development needs, Willdom is a staff augmentation and software development company that connects these organizations with the best young talent in Latin America, assisting them throughout the process, from sourcing and conducting interviews to signing contracts and managing deliveries. Rodrigo Manuel's short-term goals are to scale up Willdom's operations and collaborate with more clients and, ultimately, to offer engaging and technically innovative projects that attract the best local talent, thereby positively impacting the lives of tech workers in Paraguay. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Rodrigo Manuel’s top business challenge is Scaling and Expansion. More specifically, they want to expand Willdom's operations by networking and collaborating with prospective partners, clients, and mentors in the IT sector in the US. During the Fellowship Placement, Rodrigo Manuel hopes to gain exposure to the organization’s structure and processes to learn about those that can be applied to Willdom.
