As the head of the steering committee for Women Wage Peace, Roni Felsen helps promote a consensual, nonviolent solution for the Palestinian-Israeli conflict among Israeli women from all walks of life through various events, trainings, and activities. During her fellowship in the United States, Felsen hopes to learn nonviolent and peace education, specifically among young women, while also improving and developing her skills in project management and monitoring and evaluation. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Felsen plans to increase collaboration, dialogue, and solidarity between women from different groups by illuminating history from different points of view.
