As a coordinator and project manager for Bromki fu Tamara Foundation, Roxana Barron has experience setting up and implementing theme-based social activities that contribute to the growth and development of the foundation’s target group. For her CSP Practicum, Roxana was placed at Whispering Manes Therapeutic Riding Center in Miami, Florida where she developed an impact report as well as plan a donor event and a fundraiser. For her follow-on project in Suriname, Roxana plans to share the knowledge and tools she has gained to create a format that can be used nationally to expand every child’s horizon.
