As the Project Associate of Institute for Health Policy, Ruwanthi Elwalagedara is responsible for the operational aspect of the over all company project portfolio, managing  timelines, coordinating administrative and logistical support for the smooth functioning of research teams, and liaising with the clients on behalf of the organization. While in the U.S., Elwalagedara worked with OneAmerica in Seattle, Washington, where she developed the capacity of organizations to mitigate the effects of discrimination against minority groups and to promote community reconciliation.
