As a National Community Projects Manager of JDC, Saeed Diabat manages projects to improve youth and adult workforce readiness for the modern job market and manages the career planning program to inspire high school and post-high school youth to pursue academic education and careers. While in the U.S., Diabat worked with Journey House in Milwaukee, where he led trainings for staff, wrote content for the THRIVE workforce readiness program, and helped write proposals and reports. Since his return to Israel, Diabat has worked with AVERROES, a nonprofit organization that helps the local community build diverse and inclusive neighborhoods, and Youth for Change Galilee, a youth empowerment club that focuses on cultural exchange programs for youth from different backgrounds.
