As the Director of Cube Zanzibar, Said Seif builds the ecosystem for nurturing innovation, entrepreneurship and creativity in Zanzibar; develops work plans; and leads coaching and training. While in the U.S., Seif worked with EXL Center for Entrepreneurship and Civic Engagement at the University of Akron and Global Ties Akron in Akron, Ohio, where he served as researcher and modeled how to establish and run Technological Park, Business Incubator, and Innovation Space for sustainable small business development; conducted classes in entrepreneurship and innovation; and managed the Global Women Entrepreneurship Network. Since his return to Tanzania, Seif has focused his efforts on the Enhance Cube Innovation Space project, a platform that innovators and entrepreneurs  use in establishing their business, and mPreneur: Youth Mobile Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Future, a project aimed at assisting youth in creating various solutions by using mobile technology in Zanzibar, Macedonia, Uganda and Malaysia.
