Santiago Paz
Santiago works in the Youth Empowerment sector leading Impacta, jóvenes por la gestión pública. The fellow is an economist working in the public sector and seeks to empower young people to work together to strengthen public institutions. Their customers are young leaders who want to contribute to strengthening public service. These young leaders often doubt balancing social vocation with professional development in an unstable and sometimes turbulent work environment. Thus, they offer formation and mentorship programs and other activities to motivate and guide them on a professional path. Their approach is unique because it is apolitical and centered on professional development, which is not offered by other local organizations. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Santiago’s top business challenge is Strategy.
