As the CEO of Intelligen, a project incubated by MDCI, Sara has been in charge of developing, funding, and operating the project. During the fellowship, she looks forward to learning techniques for managing business operations more efficiently as well as ways to generate a broader social impact with the project. Upon Sara’s return to Mexico, she plans to implement the acquired knowledge through the design and implementation of an intern work plan that will align the project and the team’s objectives. In addition, she will launch a marketing campaign targeting SME’s owners. The focus of the campaign will be to demonstrate the benefits of monitoring indicators and incorporating BI in their decision-making process. This will eventually be reflected in their market share and in the country’s economic growth.
