Sean works in the data analysis & IT sector as the CEO and Founder of Predicting Alpha. Predicting Alpha is an options analytics and education organization that makes data accessible to traders who understand its importance. The company provides actionable, data-driven insights in an easy-to-understand and navigate format to retail options traders aged between twenty-five and sixty. Sean’s short-term goal is to reduce customer churn and build partnerships with US companies to increase the company’s reach. Their long-term vision for the company is to make it the resource of choice for all data-driven traders. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Sean’s top business challenge is Marketing & Sales. More specifically, they want to reduce customer churn by improving the experience of engaging with the platform and identify new customer leads by building relationships with complementary organizations. During the Fellowship Placement, Sean hopes to gain experience and improve the company’s offering to serve US customers better.
