Sebastian Oyarzo
Sebastian works in the Food & Beverages sector leading Sabores Willi Kitral. The fellow is a kitchener and cultural manager focused on agro-elaborated (agrofood) development towards the acceptance of the Indigenous identity for the Mapuche community. On the business-to-business level, Sabores Willi Kitral is associated with health and gourmet shops that retail their products in various cities across Chile. The business-to-consumer aspect targets people buying gifts and men between the ages of 25 and 65 who are interested in ethnic food. Their products are offered at gastronomic and handcraft fairs as well as other events that allow them to interact with clients. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Sebastián’s top business challenge is Social Impact.
