As the Relationship Associate of Citi, Selma Mouloudj manages a diversified portfolio of clients including corporate, public sector, and financial institutions ensuring the establishment of a trustworthy relationship with clients, their total satisfaction, and selling Citi's full spectrum of products and services to generate revenue. While in the U.S., Mouloudj worked with KLEO Community Life Center in Chicago, where she monitored project plans from initiation through delivery, schedules, budgets, and expenditures; maintained program summary status charts for monthly program management review; and prepared reports, charts, graphs, and other statistical information. Since her return to Algeria, Mouloudj has focused her efforts on leading the State Department Alumni Steering Committee, a community campaign that covers three sections: virtual training sessions for youth to promote social entrepreneurship,  a donation against COVID-19 to first line workers in the medical field by providing gear and materials, and a donation to kids who come from disadvantaged backgrounds for the school year that starts in September.
