Sergio works in the education sector as the Founder and CEO of Game Changer. Game Changer is a technology education and experience provider that helps Latin American children aged three to sixteen of all socioeconomic backgrounds develop a love for technology by providing extracurricular classes and experiences, paving the way for them to become future technology professionals. Sergio’s main short-term goal is to develop a formal and professional business structure to create a stable source of income. Their main long-term vision for the company is to develop and support a franchise network with multiple franchisees in the region. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Sergio’s top business challenge is Scaling & Expansion. More specifically, they want to grow the company from a small startup to a franchise model. During the Fellowship Placement, Sergio hopes to learn about creating a strategy for the company to grow and become more profitable.
