As a Soft Skills, Curriculum, and Material Development Specialist for BRAC Skills Development Programme, Sharaban Tohura has experience in soft skills training facilitation, curriculum and material development, and capacity development of trainers, mentors, and peer-leaders. For her follow-on project in Bangladesh, Sharaban plans to implement a project to increase leadership skills in young women and women with disabilities through skills training.

Sharaban will be placed at the Leadership Institute of Montana State University in Bozeman, MT to develop leadership curricula and mentorship focusing on social inclusion through the participation of women and women with disabilities.
