Sherilyn is a program officer with the Information & Media Practice. In this role, she works on a portfolio of programs, including VIBE Europe & Eurasia and MEND in Sri Lanka. She provides operational backstopping on compliance, contract management, and other aspects of these programs.

Prior to joining IREX, Sherilyn designed, planned, and implemented the U.S. Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program as a program office with WorldOregon. Before this, Sherilyn coordinated education programs at a refugee resettlement agency in Washington state. She also taught at universities in Ukraine through the Fulbright program.

Sherilyn is completing her MA in Global Communication with research on misinformation at the Elliott School of International Affairs and obtained a BA from Linfield University in 2015. She speaks French, as well as some Russian, Ukrainian, and Spanish.
