As a program manager for the Youth Council of Cambodia, Sina Phiek has experience solving community issues by improving youth participation in good governance and democracy. For his CSP Practicum, Sina collaborated with Millennial Action Project in Washington, DC where he focused on planning and executing programming and identifying legislative priorities and focus areas within their Energy and Environment, Future of Work, and Criminal Justice Reform advisory committees. For his follow-on project back home in Cambodia, Sina plans to manage a project called Democracy Youth Debate to bring in-school and out-of-school students together to debate suggested policies in a democratic manner with the aim of strengthening public policy.
