As a Co-Founder of Traduce EIRL, Staicy Nacarino has experience in preparing materials for lessons and workshops, planning and teaching English for all ages, and managing projects and social media. During the fellowship, Staicy aims to learn how to increase prospective clients’ interest in her organization’s services, learn advanced techniques to manage projects and groups of people, and develop a more effective way of organizing the center’s events. Upon returning to Peru, Staicy plans to organize local events and workshops to promote the importance of learning English, where she will encourage the participants to come to her language center and learn the language and values from a new perspective.
