As a project coordinator, Stella Utica helps develop and promote democratic initiatives meant to increase civic oversight over policy development and implementation. Utica implements  projects related to: fighting corruption and discrimination in central and local public administrations, promoting the Republic of Moldova’s use of the European Union institutions and standards, building and consolidating networks and platforms of young people with various professional backgrounds who are committed to the rule of law. During her fellowship in the United States, Utica hopes to learn about innovative methods for a long-lasting engagement of young people in the policy-making processes. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Utica plans to increase youth contributions to the establishment of a consolidated democracy in Republic of Moldova.
