Stephanie Large, is a Program Coordinator in the Education Practice working on the Kosovo Private Sector Workforce Development Project and supporting the U.S. Teacher Recruitment for the Stem Green Labs Program.

In her role, she provides logistical support to the field team in Kosovo through managing subawards, processing procurements, processing payments & managing finances, drafting external communications and reporting.

Prior to joining IREX Stephanie worked for the Institute of International Education in two roles. Most recently she worked as the Academic Relations and Outreach Coordinator on the Fulbright Outreach & Recruitment team and previously as a program coordinator on the Corporate & Foundation Programs team. Before IIE Stephanie worked as a project coordinator at the International Justice Mission where she developed her passion for mission driven organizations.

Stephanie graduated from the American University in Washington DC with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations & Strategic Communications and a minor in Education. A year later she received her master’s degree in International Training and Education also from AU.
