As a Community Development Coordinator for the USAID Resilient Waters Program, Tshoganetso Masunga has experience working with communities on sustainable development issues, particularly on water and sanitation activities in Southern Africa. For her CSP practicum, Tshoganetso collaborated with Water Environment Federation in Alexandria, Virginia on a project focused on resource recovery and water management in the U.S. For her follow-on project in Botswana, Tshoganetso plans to teach the water governance model and community-led total sanitation methodology, creating ownership and empowering communities.
