As a Foreign Relations Officer for the National Center Against Violence (NCAV), Uuriintsolmon works to strengthen service delivery and advocacy through effective utilization of partnerships with international stakeholders to increase NCAV’s human, financial, and information resources. Uuriintsolmon is an expert in developing project proposals, conducting skills trainings, and teaching English as a second language. She has experience in project development, fundraising, and translation and interpretation from Mongolian to English. During her fellowship in the United States, Uuriintsolmon hopes to learn more about proposal writing, project development and management, how to develop training curricula with new teaching approaches, human resources management and business development. Upon returning to Mongolia, Uuriintsolmon plans to continue to increase the capacity of NGO workers and survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse.
