As an expert in urban development for WatchDog.MD (NGO), Chironda Victor has experience enhancing the role of local communities in decision-making and promoting new leaders at the local level. For his CSP practicum, Chironda collaborated with Houston Complete Communities in Houston, Texas where he focused on community outreach, urban planning and design, and partnership building. For his follow-on project in Moldovia, Victor plans to build a team of civic activists and citizens working on the promotion of transparency, safer streets, bicycle lanes, and public spaces.
