As a Program Manager for Primaria Mea (My City Hall), Vlada Ciobanu has experience in community organizing, program design and implementation, convening elected officials and citizens, organizational development, and research on urban issues. For her follow-on project in Moldova, Vlada plans to identify ways to better involve people in the policymaking process at the local level.

Vlada will be placed at Cambridge Community Foundation in Cambridge, MA to learn good practices and mechanisms from research on community engagement.
