Wallace works in the Tourism sector as the administrator and creative director of Panamakare, a company that shows people the natural beauty of Panama, both virtually and physically. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Wallace’s top business challenge is law and policy. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn how to be a better entrepreneur. Another aim is to meet other entrepreneurs and establish alliances to get ideas to improve business and learn better techniques for negotiation, customer service, and business management.
