Walter works in the Artisan Products sector, leading as the director of the clothing manufacturer Simon Textiles. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Walter’s top business challenge is finance. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn to create an inclusive organizational culture that develops business relationships. Above all, they want to learn to improve the way in which they can respond to various business challenges that require strong decision-making. Walter also hopes to obtain new business references.
