Wara Ruiz
Wara works in the Food and Beverages sector leading MUSA Inspiración Que Nutre. They provide nutritious and innovative food made from native ingredients that are recovered from waste (e.g., ajara, cañahua, amaranth, tarwi, and potatoes). Their products are free of sugar, fat, and gluten. They also offer courses on how to use their ingredients to create healthy meals or baked items. Additionally, they offer free consulting on management and marketing issues through Emprende Alimenta. Their clients are mostly women between the ages of 20 and 55 from the peri-urban areas of La Paz and El Alto. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Wara’s top business challenge is Finance.
