As a facilitator banking on equality and financial inclusion for Bank AL Habib Limited Baluchistan, Wazma Bazai has experience providing financial inclusion policy advocacy and financial literacy for women and other marginalised groups via professional trainings. For her CSP Practicum, Wazma was placed at NewBridge Cleveland Center for Arts and Technology in Cleveland, Ohio where she helped explore the healthcare sector's employment needs post-COVID and why it is presently difficult to create a robust pipeline for these jobs. For her follow-on project in Pakistan, Wazma plans to support the professional development of women via workshops, mass awareness, and a training center.
