As a Volunteer Project Coordinator for Together! Ethiopia Residents Organization, Woubakal Beyene has experience promoting disability Inclusion in ICT education and employment. Woubakal Beyene is placed at the National Industries for the Blind in Washington, DC, to work on their disability inclusion in education and employment creation program for people with disabilities, especially people with visual impairments. Upon returning to Ethiopia, Woubakal Beyene plans to start a project entitled Easy Learning through Tablets, which will contribute to the Ethiopian government's effort to address equal and quality educational access to students who are blind.
