Xolile Ncube is a Research Officer at Christian Care, a non-profit organization involved in agricultural research. She educates rural communities on climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction. As a fellow with the Southern Climate Impacts Planning Program at the University of Oklahoma, Ncube was part of a research team that utilized remote sensing data to analyze the impacts of climate change on agricultural cropping areas. Upon her return to Zimabawe, she gathered data on the effects of climate change in Binga District to help raise awareness around the issue and work with communities to find appropriate methods of adapting to climate change.
