Yaneth’s primary short-term goal is to secure sustainable financing that will enable it to expand its educational outreach and practical implementation of renewable energy technologies within rural communities, thereby fostering a greener, more energy-efficient future. The fellow's long-term goal is to create self-sustaining, energy-efficient rural communities globally through the widespread adoption of renewable energy technologies, facilitated by the company’s sustained education and awareness initiatives and empowered by a solid financial foundation. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Yaneth's primary challenge is Finance. More specifically, they want to achieve financial sustainability, which involves securing consistent funding to cover operational costs, maintaining staff compensation, and managing time effectively between paid work and their passion-driven project. During the Fellowship Placement, Yaneth hopes to gain valuable insights, strategies, and connections to enable the company to strengthen its financial sustainability, enhance its project execution, and expand its impact in promoting renewable energy solutions within rural communities.
