Yatziri Patiño Juarez
Yatziri works in the fashion sector as the founder and CEO of Ambara. For educated businesspeople between twenty-six and forty-five interested in fully customizable fine jewelry and social impact, Ambara is a fine jewelry design company specializing in high-quality, handcrafted, timeless pieces manufactured from recycled precious metals according to fair trade principles. Yatziri's short-term goal is to attract customers via social media and sell online through an e-commerce shop. Their long-term vision is to establish Ambara as a well-known, socially responsible jewelry design brand showcasing Mexico's fine heritage of craftsmanship. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Yatziri's top business challenge is Strategy. More specifically, they want to create a business strategy to overcome the challenges associated with growth and distribution. During the Fellowship Placement, Yatziri hopes to gain experience and learn to apply that knowledge to the company's business practices.
