As a Social Impact Leader, Grant Writer, and Project Manager of AVITEUM, Zdenka Havrlikova has experience in empowering diverse disadvantaged groups. While in the U.S., Havrlikova worked with Good Work Network in New Orleans, where she facilitated business counseling for women and minorities wanting to start their own business. Since her return to the Czech Republic, Havrlikova has focused her efforts on an international project called Fresh-Up Economics that seeks to help vulnerable adult learners to understand how the economy influences their lives to increase their well-being and position in the labor market.
