As a Volunteer and Board Member for Világítani fogok Egyesület ('I will shine' Association), Zsuzsanna Réka Elek has experience in action research and organizing recreational activities for marginalized Roma children. Zsuzsanna Réka Elek is placed at Greater Cleveland Neighborhood Centers Association in Cleveland, OH, to assist in the implementation of programs that support marginalized students in the community. Upon returning to Hungary, Zsuzsanna plans to reorganize her organization's strategic direction and activities to best enhance youth development in the community.
