Women and Technology: Increasing Opportunity and Driving International Development
Testimony of Joyce Warner, Senior Vice President & Chief of Staff, to the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, November 17, 2015.

This testimony summarizes what IREX has learned from working with women, girls, and technology. It also outlines ways that policymakers and development professionals can promote more equitable access to technology.
