With an in-country presence since 1995, IREX has been empowering Ukrainians, investing in human capital, and fostering inclusivity. IREX engages and empowers youth, cultivating leaders at all levels of society. Following the full-scale invasion, IREX redoubled efforts to support IDPs and veterans, and helped to build societal resilience. IREX is laying the groundwork future success and reconstruction by strengthening institutions, building media literacy, and improving access to quality education and trustworthy information.
